  5. Open after the pressure is released. Mash it well. Add tamarind extract and bring it to boil on medium heat..
  6. For Tadka – Heat oil, add mustard seeds,when it get splutters, add curry leaves to it, now mix it to your Sambhar, Now your Sambhar is ready for serving..
