  4. For idli.take a bowl add sooji,curd,salt,water mix it well properly.then last add. eno powder.
  5. Take a pan add water and keep on top of place large plate.then keep on top of little plates and add the ildi batter.cook it 10 minutes..
  6. Take a pan add oil,chana dal, garlic, ginger, green chilli,curry leaves,salt.blend it.then for tadka heat the oil add mustard seeds..
  7. Red to ildi sambhar chutney serve it hot..
